Tech Talk1)Go to>Samsung Members app>Get Help>Interective Checks>Bluetooth>If showing any error in bluetooth then visit service center.
2)Try to connect some other bluetooth device to phone.Also try to connecting buds to another phone.
3)Do a factory reset of airbuds if there is option available.
4)Also goto Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Network settings.
5)turn on phone visibility from settings.
6)If issue doesn't fix then visit service center

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Bluetooth)
> Go to the settings>>apps>>Bluetooth>>storage>>do clear cache.
> Restart both devices
> Try to pair the phone to a different Bluetooth device
> Reset Network Settings(Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings)
For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
