Add network speed meter and usage stats so that we can see downloading and uploading speed from notification pannel.

Samsung doesn't provide this feature because Samsung knows that this feature will consume more battery, it will reduce the memory and it will also run in background.

This feature is not available yet, even in One UI 3.0.
Samsung may listen to you and may implement this feature in One UI 3.1.
