network problem in galaxy M31

Iam using Vodafone sim in mobile..this is the fastest 4G network in my area..after starts to use this mobile, iam facing network problem very badly while others getting good network speed in the same network ..i tested my sim with other mobile and internet is very fast in my sim.The problem is not only in mobile data speed,but also in WiFi internet speed..while othe mobile the wifi is getting with full speed.. But my mobile (m31) is not Accessing that much internet speed.. Even I'd reset my phone phone twice...but no use of it.

I am also facing the same issue, I tried with Denisono advice... but it still an issue.. when selecting 3g/2g my data working with call. but it doesn't in 4g

I'm also facing network issue that internet speed is very low compared to other mobiles in Samsung m31

I am too facing same internet issue with cellular data. it seems handset has real problem with cellular data. I request Samsung to rectify this problem or I will file case in consumer court as due to this I am facing business problem.

Just change your SIM card!
Yes, I know it's strange - on my previous phone the same SIM worked perfect, but that's HELPED me: I just received NEW SIM card and it helped!!

p.s.: try to test your sim with any new phone in shop - and you'll see that problem in sim 🙂
