dear sir/mam all the device have issues on different operator's at same time while my m10s giving a 2 mbps download speed on jio on same website same operator but another m10s giving 1 mbps speed to show but the real speed about 800 kbps and sometimes vice versa happens. so i don't think that its a hardware issue. hope you understand.
