Tech TalkHi there,
Network problem in your phone can be due to poor reception or bad signals in your area. To exclude the possibility of this you can check your phone in open area or check using other SIM card in the device, if it works then you may contact your Network Service provider.
Please perform following steps to resolve the network issue:
• Restart the device
• Check Network mode and set it to Auto Connect. (Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Network mode > Select LTE/3G/2G auto connect)
• Check network operators and select automatically (Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Network operator > select automatically)
• Reset Network settings (Setting > General Management > Reset > Reset Network settings)
If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
