I bought a new galaxy M31 phone last week and inserted the airtel sim I was using on another phone.

After the setup, network is very slow and erratic, while on other phones it is working properly.

I have gone through the other member's mails and done all the resets recommended by you, but the problem still exist. Please do the needful to resolve the issue at the earlest. This phone released in March and still the problem remain unresolved

I m also the user of M31..I hv also faced the same difficulty..but..its not the problm of device..its the fault of sim..u must contact the customer care..blv me.. nothing there's wid this device..its totally fyn

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network in open area

 

2. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
