I buy new m31 .now i facing problem with internet speed its it's getting sometime gud but suddenly comes to 0kb/s. And when i used my old phone and other phone speed of internet is very good.please suggested me some solution or i return my phone on amazone.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
