M31 after 3 months of use charges ver very slow. It was 4 percent and after 1 hour of charging it was 10 percent. And if we charge in the morning it charges very fast. 100 percent in mere 2 hours and 30 minutes but in the evening and afternoon it charges very slow. Does anyone have solution? I have an option to replace the phone and i opted for it but it may be possible that new replaced phone may have the same problem. M31 doesnt suit samsung
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check charger functionality, try to charge your device with some other charger or use your charger to charge some other device.
2. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.
Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.
