low light pixelate issue in Samsung s9 after recent updates

Hello guys,

I've been using Samsung S9 for couple of years now.. after the recent updates in 2020 December I encounter a pixelated issue in my phone particularly in lowlights in areas like in the late evenings or night, is anyone facing similar kind of issue??

I just checked with the service centre they said that its kind of a software issue so they can't do anything. so, is there a way like where I can report this to anyone can you please help me here?

Viewing a picture or video in low light I see there are many broken pixels and pixelate stuff but viewing the same picture and video in day time, I don't get any issues..

yes .. thatswhy this Monday I will visit service center to reflash firmware from them ...and under bright sunlight...display is difficult to visualize

updating the firmware needs full format of device?
