my samsung level u volume has been decreased and , recently when i pickup call from my a70s screen or level u answer button my level u mic does not woks , and its only for calls i tried sending whatsapp audio message from level u and its working fkne just on calling my lic does nkt work PLEASE HELP NEED REAL ASSISTANCE I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANOTHER BRAND'S HEADPHONES PLEASE HELP

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

 

*  Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
