my new Samsung F41 have internet connection issue everyday I have to restart my phone, For internet I have to sit out of my housebut my old phones oppo and vivo were not having such problems they wre working properly

Hello Samsung Team, 

Internet in my Samsung f41 is dropping very frequently. I used redmi note 4 which is 3 year old mobile even now it doesn't has that connection drop problem like your mobiles.

Its very shame on samsung to release a bug phone to market. The worst thing is like Even after knowing the problem you are jot bothered to fix the problem. Buying Samsung mobile is the worst decision I had made.

Next time it's better to go for other mobiles.

Fix the issue ASAP and send an OTA UPDATE.

i am facing the same issue,its been 2 weeks i am using samsungf41 its really bad experience

the internet speed is very slow 🐌
it's like am using 2g
none of your tricks are working.
i have to switch sim to my older phone for a better speed.
Fortunately i didn't exchange my old phone.
I can see a lot of complaints on the internet speed. is this a 4G support phone actually?? or a manufacturing mistake??
is sumsung has a solution for this or just happy to get rid of the garbage from the store

Yes ....the are introducing same phone different name without any updation......it's my first Samsung phone ......very worst experience in network speed and frequently hangiy.....
