my new Samsung F41 have internet connection issue everyday I have to restart my phone, For internet I have to sit out of my housebut my old phones oppo and vivo were not having such problems they wre working properly

I am facing the same problem in M21. After new update dual Sim 4g is not working properly. One of the Sim network (Airtel) keeps changing from 4g to 2g . It works fine with one Sim turned off but as soon soon as I turn on both the Sim in 4G mode one of the them start converting to 2G mode automatically even. This is really pathetic.

my new Samsung f41 has internet connection issues everyday I have to either restart or switch to Aeroplane mode to get the Internet working how to fix this problem please help me this is not good Samsung not worth for money please help

My samsung F 41 same issue, earlier i was using vivo and oppo there were no issues, i buyed this samsung f41 one weak before, regularly not getting Internet signal, i have restart every times, what to do, i am fed up of this Samsung f41,please solve this, other wise you will loose many customers

i have to sit 3 meters within my router range to get enough signal and still it takes ½-1 min to connect, at times it doesn't detect network available and if it did find one still won't connect to it( other phones i were able to connect from more than 10 meters distance nothing wrong with my router ). i'm i the only one facing this issue or anyone faced it ? please help

Really it takes lot's of time to connect to Wi-Fi and sometimes it doesn't detect the Wi-Fi .I am also facing such issues.

To resolve "internet" issue please follow below given steps:

1) Reset Network Settings:- Go to apps screen >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset Network Setting.

2) Check Network mode and set it to Auto Connect. (Settings > Connections> Mobile Network> network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > Network mode> Select LTE/3G/2G auto connect)

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Samsung F41, The internet speed is very Slow, same SIM works fine in VIVO. SUCH A WASTAGE OF MONEY IN F41
