long press power button then when power off ,restart option come on display then long press of power off icon then it will shifted to safe mode ..then click on it
First, power off the phone. Then, power on and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume Down key. If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen.
