No.. you need goodlock app and modules must be installed while the customisations are being used. It will revert back to default if you uninstall

Not possible because of following reasons (my speculation)
1. Customisations are available only on premium and upper mid range devices (S, Z and A52+ series) and not for all models
2. Retaining these customisations within OneUI itself will increase its size and also affect fludity
3. OneUI as a core skin is already customized for each device. Baking more such customisations in it will be more difficult for the OneUI team as each device has different capabilities. Then users will start complaining about more bugs and late updates

it is actually possible. just insted of thinking complex codes...
just assume you applied some goodlock settings and changed some animations like recent apps etc etc...
and you are done Customizing all.
now you applied it.
inside one ui with in phone ( not app)you can still have a small button " save the Customizations " which enables all the settings and decorations can be saved as a themes.
this is not actually new... its similar to windows phone times only nokia achieved this easily with KB size update code

Ok. Currently there is no such way. You can try providing your concept via feedback. I am not thinking about complex codes. Just about whether samsung will do it without actually affecting its business as goodlock will only be available for selected devices
