Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

>Do the reset network settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset network setting).

>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->WI FI). 

> Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

>Once try to connect with any other router.

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
