Digital wellbeing should have an option where we are able to see the average usage of all the apps even after a week or month as that will help us track ourselves more and manage our usage , I'm currently using Samsung a7 2018 model

right now the digital wellbeing has only current day's record, so it would be great if we had individual record saved upto one week and a average usage of apps thing

You can get app usage upto week in the device care.
"Active" shows how much you used that app at foreground .

But,yes your suggestion is also considerable. 😊
