contacts sync from old mobile failed

Syncing not working.

I lost my 1000 of contacts of last phone.

This is **bleep** of this Samsung account.

This has restored my very old samsung phone and I lost my last Lenovo phone contacts.

Help to sort this out.

I tried to restore from Google account but I believe this is also restore by samsung device.

Please update your software...😂
