I am using Samsung Galaxy a30 since last 14 months. When I updated my samsung for android 10 ad one ui 2.0 i am facing charging related issue it's not charging fast as it was charging before but some time its charging fast and some time not now it increased to next level where it stops charging the phone ....

To resolve the charging issue kindly follow below given steps:-


1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.


2. Charge the device:- Please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
If not resolved: (Removable battery) – Kindly remove the back panel of your device and check the physical condition (Bulge, Swelling or visible damage).
If the physical condition is not good: Request you to turn off the device immediately and please do not try to charge or tamper the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.
