Go to Settings-> Device Care-> Auto Restart-> Turn it off if its on. Else Take a Backup of your data in Smartswitch. Do a factory reset available in General Management. Restore Data from Smart Switch. If your problem is solved please click 3 dots and "Accept Solution"
