automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

Anyone of you guys are facing the problem of automatic restart in Samsung Galaxy m31.

My phone automatic restart and takes too long to reach on home screen. It shows samsung logo 4-5 min while restarting. Anyone please tell me, why it is happening??

yea .
on my M31 , now i fully Customized without any Restarting issue .
But this file come back again if we Reset / Format or. Factory Reset , because it's a Default File .
so I never do all above on my M31 right now and so Restarting issue is gone .
