Go to device care from settings and tap on the three dots present on the upper right corner...there you will find the option of auto-optimization...you can set it there by providing the time you prefer
samsung device care feature. however why would you want to autoclean everyday? the cache will help the most used apps launch quickly. alternatively what you can do is setup the phone for a weekly shutdown. that should be a healthy practise
