auto lock not working. lock screen Glowing continuously

My phone is M30. suddenly from past two days, my phone is not getting charged properly. So I have formatted my phone.still thr issue is same but additionally had many other issues.
1. Phone is gettting charged only Sometimes as cable charging (not fast charging). Checked with other charger and cables its not cable issue.
2. Auto lock screen is not working. Ohine is not getting locked automatically.
3. If I lock my phone with power button, lock screen is continuousl glowinh all the time(Lock screen stories are off).

Need support. Phone is still in warranty but couldn't go to service center due to lockdown.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.

 

2. Check connectivity
Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.

 

3.  Charge the device
Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
