Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
>Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
> Check Network mode and set it to Auto Connect. (Settings > Connections> Mobile Network> Network mode> Select LTE/3G/2G auto connect).
> Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.
> Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Speaker).
