Friends Im using Samsung galaxy s10 lite from the past one week . Everything is good but when ever I put my phone in my pant pocket the display automatically on for some seconds and off.. this one happening when I put my mobile in my pocket it will also reducing my battery ... if put my mobile in table this incident not happen. So kindly anybody help me to resolve this issue
In order to examine the issue occurring in your device, kindly send device log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details using Samsung Member Application i.e. Samsung Member Application > click on + icon > send feedback > error report > collect log files > attach.
That also happens with other S10 series phone, you have to disable the functionality of 'Double tap to wake' as it registers it as a normal touch in the pockets, try this and you will not have this problem, if you have AOD enabled on phone then you can single tap your phone screen to light up the phone display without using double tap
