yeah, it's not a bug.if you switch to wide mode in selfie you can take 25 mp shots. actually it was inaccurate in earlier android version. when you taking normal selfie its cropping the 25mp sensor to almost 16mp for close up shot.so they clarified this thing.

yes, Camera quality downgraded,Just go to camera settings turn on HDR always apply and take photos in [3:4] normal mode. Nightmode in camera is very bad now.
