My s21 fe is just 2 years old.bought for 65k.for last 2 months,after a software update yellow vertical lines are there on the display.it started with 1,then went on increasing and now 8 lines in total.makes it very difficult to read.All other models,company gives free offer of changing the screen,told by service centres.Why they are not giving the offer to this model for no fault of ours?
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
