Widevine L3 problem

Do not install one ui 3.1 if you are subscribed with Netflix.... Samsung downgraded widevine L1 to L3.. so you can't watch the content in HD..  L3 supports only SD..
It's been two months .. still they didn't solve the issue

Problem solved for me ... after factory reset.
I thought it was the update.. but it wasn't.
