i am S9 oneui 2 android 10 beta user. i am using wifi calling on my s9. it works very well. wifi calling on s9/s9+ works only with android 10. so wait for stable update of android 10.
WiFi calling feature will come only after One UI 2.0 updation which is schedule for onair upgrade by Jan'20. so will wait further for UI and OS upgrade
