they probably won't add that feature because it's something only us Indians seem to want. and they stopped adding real India-only features a couple of years back. now the features they say are made for India are actually just normal features that come to India first and then go global (like multilingual keyboard in One UI 2.1). So very little chance of it coming.
Yes, but these features usually come when they think it will be globally enjoyed. with how data is so cheap and fast these days, even in India not everyone wants to see how much it has been used at all times or how fast it is.
