Why snapdragon doesn't come to India in Samsung devices?

Why samsung is not bringing Snapdragon chips to India? Because maximum phones run on exynos chip.

Because Exynos chips are made by Samsung it helps in cost cutting in the production of a single unit.

But performance is completely different by the same phone having Qualcomm Snapdragon Chipset in one and Samsung Exynos in another.

cost cutting and can add their own customizations. however it lags when compared to SD. and that is very bad considering the flagship mobiles. I have decided not to upgrade anymore unless samsung use SD or make the Exynos performance excel the SD Socs in my country.
