Why samsung is delaying android 11 updates

Why samsung is delaying android 11 updates on their latest devices. 

And I can't understand this

Samsung one UI vs Samsung one UI core.

Please check samsung members app notice section

open members app>click bell icon at top right corner>select notices

UI CORE AND FULL UI,just to differentiate between mid range and higher end devices

as core ui contains less feature compared to full ui

Delayed? Nope, almost all the devices are getting Android 11 update before their official schedule. So wait for sometime till Update is available for your device.

why samsung galaxcy note 9 not get the android 11 update ?

Because as per policy Note 9 already received 2 major updates. So One UI 2.5 was the last update.
