Why samsung didn't not listen to usera

Now a days after updates most of user are disappointed to installation of updates that are not talking about what's new in this android update. Thay are only complaining about problem they are facing or some thing missing in this update.
Is samsung listing there problem and try to solve it rather than focusing only delivering only update to other devices. 

No one is promising that all problem will be solve in next update.


Waiting for solution from tech person of samsung.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
