The reason for that because samsung phone take crappy video when used instagram camera with filter or AR filter

And the video quality is very bad

If samsung cannot fix this issue then it cannot compete with Apple

Samsung has nothing to do in here. Its not only Samsung, its the same in all Android devices. Instagram developers are to blame as they prefer iOS more than Android.
