WhatsApp notification issue

While playing an audio file in WhatsApp the notification panel does not show the full notification. The elapsed time is cut half. See the screenshot. Then, upon swiping down from the notification it shows full. Why is this? Is it OneUI bug or WhatsApp bug?

I asked tech support, their answer is not satisfactory.

I don't know but know it got fixed with new whatsapp update .
May be it is from whatsapp check for new update
