I practiced keeping my phone between 20 and 90 on my last device. The battery used to give me 8 hours sot even after 3 years, same as the first year.

create unstable conditions inside the battery, increase pressure, and cause thermal runaway and decrease Cell phone life

Dear Rohan,
Overnight charging, It will make your battery efficiency down. So don't charge your phone overnight and
If you want your battery life will longer then don't charge your phone over 90% , generally always charge upto 90% it will keep your battery relaxed.
And never use phone while charging .

Nowadays, there is no problem charging your phone upto 100% and overnight. It was a problem 10-20 years ago. However, I won't recommend charging your phone the whole night because this isn't reduced the battery backup a bit by around 20%. Your phone turns off the charging itself as soon as the phone reaches 100%

Nothing happens if this happens for few times... But don't do it occasionally, otherwise it will damage your phone over time.. even though nowadays the chargers have become smart and can stop charging when the battery is at full charge but they are still dumb in a sense that they don't do this once and for all... 😂
In simple words, battery drainage happens simultaneously with charging.. after your phone has fully charged and charging cuts off some drainages occurs idly.. and again the charger kicks in to fill the charge upto full and this keeps happening until you disconnect the phone physically..
However, if you are to disconnect the phone every time just after full charge, it's also going to be problem.. can't explain the total science now.. avoiding full charge will be good..
