Steps to connect to VoWiFi
Step 1: Ensure that you have the latest software versions. Dial *#1234#
Step 2: Goto Dialler -> Select more. Select Settings. Scroll to bottom of the page and Enable Wi-Fi Calling by ticking the box.
Step 3: Once Wi-Fi Calling is enabled, the icon will show next to the Wi-Fi signal.
Step 4: In the Wi-Fi signal is poor and calls are being interrupted it is easy to disable Wi-Fi calling. To disable Wi-Fi Calling, Goto Dialler -> Select more -> Settings -> Scroll down to Wi-Fi Calling and untick the box.
FAQs
1) How do I know I am making a Wi-Fi call on Samsung device?
Ans. When your handset is connected to a Wi-Fi network it will automatically try to register with the network for Wi-Fi calling once the registration is successfully completed you will see the Wi-Fi calling icon in the status bar on the top of your screen.
2) How do I disable roaming before travelling overseas?
Ans. Go to SETTINGS -> select MOBILE NETWORK. Ensure that DATA ROAMING is OFF.
3) How do I disable Wi-Fi calling?
Ans. Goto DIALLER -> Select MORE -> SETTINGS -> Scroll down to Wi-Fi CALLING and untick the box.
