Requirements:
1. Two phones
2. Otg cable
3. Data cable

Step 1: Download Setedit from playstore (on the phone u want the virtual ram)

Step 2: Download ADB OTG from playstore (on any second phone)

Step 3: If you have USB debugging enabled on both the phone then skip this step or Go to Setting 》About Phone 》Software information 》Click Build number 7 times.

Step 4: Connect the DATA cable to OTG cable.

Step 5: Connect the OTG cable to the ADB phone and connect TYPE C to the phone that you want the feature to be enabled.

Step 6: Open the ADB OTG app on the second phone.

Step 7: You should now see your connected phone model.

Step 8: Paste the following (pm grant by4a.setedit22 android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS) command in the ADB terminal.

Step 9: Open Setedit on the phone you want the feature to be enabled.

Step 10: On the top right there is a spinner("System table") click it and navigate to ("Global table").

Step 11: Scroll down till you find "ram_expand_size".

Step 12: Click on "ram_expand_size" then click next.

Step 13: In the "size_value" type in "4098" (which is 4 gb of expanded ram).

Step 14: Go to Setting 》Battery and device care 》Memory ans you will see a line telling that ram plus = 4gb.

Step 15: Enjoy.

This method is already tested on my Samsung Galxy M11.
