Requirements:
1. Two phones
2. Otg cable
3. Data cable
Step 1: Download Setedit from playstore (on the phone u want the virtual ram)
Step 2: Download ADB OTG from playstore (on any second phone)
Step 3: If you have USB debugging enabled on both the phone then skip this step or Go to Setting 》About Phone 》Software information 》Click Build number 7 times.
Step 4: Connect the DATA cable to OTG cable.
Step 5: Connect the OTG cable to the ADB phone and connect TYPE C to the phone that you want the feature to be enabled.
Step 6: Open the ADB OTG app on the second phone.
Step 7: You should now see your connected phone model.
Step 8: Paste the following (pm grant by4a.setedit22 android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS) command in the ADB terminal.
Step 9: Open Setedit on the phone you want the feature to be enabled.
Step 10: On the top right there is a spinner("System table") click it and navigate to ("Global table").
Step 11: Scroll down till you find "ram_expand_size".
Step 12: Click on "ram_expand_size" then click next.
Step 13: In the "size_value" type in "4098" (which is 4 gb of expanded ram).
Step 14: Go to Setting 》Battery and device care 》Memory ans you will see a line telling that ram plus = 4gb.
Step 15: Enjoy.
This method is already tested on my Samsung Galxy M11.
