THIS TWO WERE RELATED TO CALLING
NO OTHER SETTINGS FOR PHONE APP !

HAVE YOU TRIED AFTER RESTARTING (REBOOT) DEVICE ONCE ?
IF NOT TRY ALSO THIS !

And when someone else calls me then this switching option is not available means its symbol is untappable

YOU CAN SWITCH VOICE CALL TO VIDEO CALL
ONLY IF CALLER AND CALL RECIVIER BOTH USING SAMSUNG DEVICE !

IT'S CAN'T BE DONE ON TWO DIFFERENT DEVICES
SAMSUNG TO SAMSUNG ONLY !
