Samsung is aware of the symptom that may appear on devices updated to Android S OS. Regarding it, Samsung is scheduled to release new software that will resolve the symptom. Therefore, please check for updates to your device software regularly. (Settings > Software update) To ensure the best experience, Samsung encourages all users to keep software and applications up to date at all times. To use your device properly before a new software update, please turn the feature on if the option about app notification is disabled.
For this, on Settings, tap Notifications > More. On App notifications, choose All and Show system apps(within three-dot), then select Android System > Turn on ‘Show notifications’ option and ‘Allow sound & v
