I have Samsung galaxy A20. When there was software update that converted android 9 to android 10 my phone vibration stopped working. So I restarted my device and vibration worked but after 1 hr it again stopped working. I think it's a software problem and I have heard from lot of A20 users about the same thing. This happens everytime when I restart it works for one hour and again it stops. So I request you to send me solution for this.....

This is becoming so frustrating from Samsung how can you release a software update and after the installing the update your phone vibration stop working. This same thing happened to me after installing the new Android 11 update vibration stip working, whenever I restart the phone the vibration will work for a while and stop working again. I send an error report to them and they reply me that I should do a hard reset very frustrating from Samsung
