Tech TalkMy service request (service no not known, booked in November 2020) was closed without informing me, as due to corona pandemic effect I could not chase much with your customer care. I again booked same complaint with Service No. 2317770294 on 03-09-2021, which was again closed by your sincere customer care team without informing me. I registered another service (No. 4331596482, date 04-09-2021) and sent two mails to CEO Samsung, attaching my warranty card. I now am in receipt of an SMS that service request 4331596482 is proposed for cancellation.
I am surprised why SAMSUNG is ignoring my service under warranty. Wants to know from CEO Samsung, whether my warranty card is a **bleep** one.
Will I get any response from CEO Office in this regard?
