For your issue BSNL is good, have stopped recharging the BSNL sim since 2017, only 5 rs. balance is there, still working for getting messages and calls.

Woah, for me VI is sweet,they even addressed my network issues by sending technician to my home and boosted the signal.
Nowadays VI has excellent roaming strength cause lot of people ported out of VI and Jio is super slow for me and customer care doesn't even care to resolve the issue even after 6 or 7 calls.

Jio is worst.
In my area only airtel is good.
4g Speeds that I get in different operators -
Airtel - 700kbs to 1 mbps in indoor in daytime and above 1.5 to 2.5 mbps in night. Outdoors 7-10mbps anytime.
Jio- 120kbps to 300kbps in indoor in daytime. Outdoors 2 mbps. Very much call drops.

But in airtel I can watch 2k videos indoors and 4k in Outdoors. As airtel promotes best video streaming experience. So monopoly. Best calling experience.
Best speed in video streaming and poor speeds in other things.
