Using Launchers

I am really very impressed by launcher apps.

But I am not sure to use them.

Is there anyone can tell is it good to use launcher app or not...?

Does These app effect our mobile health?

Launcher Make user Interface Good and it has Many customization options

But It Runs in background and it will affect battery life

It may have bugs

I prefer Use Default UI and Offical Themes
