What is this app used for ?

But there are apps with different numbers but what is the thing is that the same apps with same number is not using MobileData I have checked 4 month of MobileData usage but the numbers are different.

Bro what you think it may be uninstalled apps ? Because those numbers were shown only one time of MobileData Usage . The same numbers are not coming. I have searched in google , reddit but they have told it is uninstalled app so I confused

I think these were some system apps which were specified to use at certain terms and come under Android System.

But still we don't know how these apps came and how to remove them. If Reset app preference not worked, try rebooting in Safe Mode and then check!
