Inbuilt app means the app which are already installed at the time of opening a new phone . some app like snapchat are easy to install but some app like google duo are not uninstallable .
the samsung should keep these app uninstallable . so that who donot want to use can remove the apps.

I'm glad to listen your problem and here to help you. As you're enquiring about how to uninstall the system apps on your phone. For your kind information you can't uninstall them but you can disable them which will not be shown in your app drawer. So as you've given an example of the app google duo you've to simply do one thing. Long press the app you want to disable and click on the app info. Then you'll be redirected to the app info section then you simply click on the three dots at the upper right hand sides if it would be there and click on uninstall updates. If the three dots is not there then no problem go for the disable option after this and simultaneously click on the storage and clear all data. This will save your space and help you to disable the app for not using data and space. Thank You

Google duo couldn't be uninstalled because if you uninstall it you will miss the video call feature
the apps which aren't uninstalable they are required for some system purposes
however many apps can be disabled also like G play store , Gmail etc

You can uninstall system apps and bloatware using ADB, but it is only for highly advanced users. If you don't know what you are doing, don't do it.
