Unable to stop vibration on notification - One UI 2.5, Galaxy M31s

On every message, notification I am getting alert with vibration even I have kept global vibration setting off. 

With some research I came to know that there is configuration in 'vibration intensity' to categorically disable vibration. But I found only one option available in vibration intensity is for "touch interaction" vibration.

You have to do it individually for all apps..

Disable vibration from individual app is not the solution as not all application provides vibration setting. For Ex. I am using Outlook and MS Teams but I do not found any setting to disable vibration. 

App > TeamsMS Teams notification setting

On click of individual notification it provides sub option as well. At first glance it look like just on/off switch option notification.

you need to go on each individual app to set of
long press on each app icon>app info>notifications and click on ot and disable
e.g. message
