Unable to set screen timeout

Guys I just noticed that we cannot set screen timeout/cannot turn on flash light / screen recording etc when power saving mode is enabled.

Some are common but screen timeout is strange. 

Charging time of my F23 

But it takes approx 2 hrs to charge at 85%

Post to mujhe yaad nahi par ye mat kaho ki maine solution nahi diya ya phir maine bola nahi karne ko.

Itna time nahi hai bhai. Air ham 1 solution ke liye itna time waste bhi nahi karenge.

Update: shayad mein 15 may tak no/ low networks area mein rahunga so recharge between 10 may to 20 may.
