Unable to set screen timeout

Guys I just noticed that we cannot set screen timeout/cannot turn on flash light / screen recording etc when power saving mode is enabled.

Some are common but screen timeout is strange. 

Charging time of my F23 

But it takes approx 2 hrs to charge at 85%

Check when battery is less than 5%.

Mine is totally working this features, I don't have any issues as you say. I think you need to reboot your phone or needing to use safe mode.

If the battery is 5% or below then u can't do these things.

Nahi pata tha bhai. Kyuki mai rare case me battery ko 5% se niche le Jaata hu. 15% tak hi minimum karte hai.

Main har 10 din mein ek baar 0 aur ek Abar 100 karta hu ( applicable only on m31)
