Unable to set screen timeout

Guys I just noticed that we cannot set screen timeout/cannot turn on flash light / screen recording etc when power saving mode is enabled.

Some are common but screen timeout is strange. 

Charging time of my F23 

But it takes approx 2 hrs to charge at 85%

Even i had not turned on developer option.

I am facing that unable to change screen timeout in power saving mode.

5% is so less ! If u change at that percentage, ur battery might drain very fast, so I think Samsung has restricted screen timeout

Mere phone me 30 minutes to maine hi lagaya hai but phone me battery kam ho gayi thi to power saving mode auto on ho gaya jishki wajah se mai screen timeout ko change nahi kar paya.


Wahi mai pooch raha hu ki kya aapke phone me bhi power saving mode me screen timeout change nahi hota hai?

Okay but mere me work nahi kar raha.


Maine dekh liya hai ki aapke phone me work kar raha hai but aap yek baar timeout change karke dekhiye.

It's working fine even in power saving mode and i can change the timeout
