I need help. In my phone USB tethering is disabled. When I connect the cord to PC, it only charges but does allow me to transfer files. 
Pl guide.

Goto Settings > Connection > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering

you will found Tethering options, insert usb cable and enable the option
